Dr. Baker

Dr. Baker is a Michigan native. He grew up in Lansing, MI. After graduating
from Lansing Everett, he spent several years working at General Motors
while attending Michigan State University, receiving his DDS from the
University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
Dr. Baker is extremely passionate about continuing education, he is dedicated to constantly improving his craft and providing the best care for his patients. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Baker is certified in IV Sedation, Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life
Support as well as Basic Life Support. He is involved with two different non-
profit organizations; 517 Hope and Lansing for Cesar E. Chavez. He has
received extensive post-graduate education in Dental Implants. He has
trained with some of the world's best clinicians at Pikos Implant Institute,
Texas Implant Institute, and California Implant Institute. Through his
training, he can offer a variety of specialized treatment options including full
arch rehabilitation, Implant overdentures, IV Sedation, and Cosmetic and
General Dentistry.
In his free time, he enjoys running, weightlifting, and spending time with his
family.
Dr. MacPhail
Dr. MacPhail was born and raised in the Greater Lansing area before moving to Wisconsin with her husband while he served in the United States Navy. While in Wisconsin she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a Bachelor of Biological Science Degree, and from Marquette University School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.
After graduating Dr. MacPhail moved back to Michigan to practice dentistry alongside her father and mentor Dr. Jason Baker and provide care close to her hometown.
Dr. MacPhail is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Michigan Dental Association, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She believes it is important to continue her education in order to provide her patients with the highest quality of care. Dr. MacPhail offers a wide variety of comprehensive dental treatments, including preventative care, restorations, cosmetic dental care, SureSmile clear aligners, and as an AAFE Injector of both Botox and Dermal Fillers.
As a provider, her goal is to educate patients on their current dental condition and provide enough knowledge for patient’s to confidently make the best treatment decisions for themselves. She hopes to help patient’s understand the importance of establishing and maintaining good oral health as they transition throughout their life.
Outside of the office, Dr. MacPhail’s favorite thing in the world is spending time with her husband and their two young children. With two toddlers only 16 months apart, every day is an adventure! She’s a big fan of coffee, exercise, walks with her golden retriever, Football Sundays with her family and Michigan State Spartans. Go Green!
Jennifer Wahl
A familiar face to some of our patients, Jen has worked in the dental field for 7 years and earned her Certified Dental Business Professional certification from the Michigan Dental Association in 2019. When she’s not behind the scenes in the office helping things to run smoothly, she can be found spending most of her free time with her family. She also enjoys antiquing, knitting, building Lego, reading, and being the steward of a local Little Free Library.
Molly Lor
Molly is a registered dental hygienist graduated with from Lansing Community College in 2012 with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene of Applied Sciences. In 2014, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Siena Heights in Dental Hygiene with a minor in Health Care Management & Public Health. Today, she comes to MB Dental Solutions as the lead dental hygienist with 11 years of dental experience in advance training of Comprehensive Dental Hygiene Care, Pain Management, Nitrous Oxide, Laser Therapy, and Emerging Methods and Technologies.
Molly is respectably known for being patient-focus and creating personable experiences. She is also very passionate about dental health care and takes pride in providing patients optimal care by educating and advocating the importance of their oral and overall health.
Away from being a hygienist, she is a devoted mother of three who loves to spend family time outdoors going on hikes, biking, boating, and simply enjoying the beach.
Marti Narezo
Marti has been in the dental field going on 23 years. She obtained her Registered Dental Assistant license through WCC and has also worked as a Treatment Coordinator. Marti simply enjoys spending with her family, traveling and looks forward to weekly Costco trips.
